I'm not sure if the webserver is behind any type of proxy and I wont be able to find out until level two (2) support is available in the morning ( Australia time) as there 24hr service is not to good.
I managed to find some other oversized files that former staff had created in the FTP and removed them today lowering the overall size by 4G and managed to complete a backup.
The Backup did finish although the Log said "Finished with Warnings". I'm not sure if this is just due to the site being in development or not and it having low traffic volume?
I would appreciate it if you can have a look at the link below (Dropbox) as this is the last Log file and see what you think.
I do have another Backup running now just to see if I get another warning or not when doing it at night when the shared hosting has less demands.
